Medians on urban streets

From a CMF perspective, Is there any difference between a median with a B shaped curb and others that are easily mountable?

I assume that you are referring to the median width CMF. My understanding is that the CMF is not sensitive to curb type. Curbs are not mentioned specifically; HSM p. 12-42 only notes that the "CMF applies only to traversable medians without traffic barriers" and "the effects of traffic barrier type and offset on safety have not been quantified."
