Jug Handles

Postby RA Smith National » Thu Aug 09, 2012 12:29 pm

Hello,

I am trying to analyze an intersection that is recommended for Jug-Handle improvements. In future conditions, the left turns will be restricted on two legs and the right turns will be restricted on the other two legs. Is there a way to use the HSM methodology to analyze an intersection with restricted turn movements?

Thank you,

Laura
