David,
In Chapter 11, Section 11.7 summarizes the CMFs for Rural Multilane Highways. Table 11-10 (p. 11-25) provides a “Summary of CMFs in Chapter 11 and the Corresponding SPFs.” Sections 11.7.1 (p. 11-25; “CMFs for Undivided Roadway Segments”) and 11.7.2 (p. 11-29; “CMFs for Undivided Roadway Segments”) note that “Each of the CMFs applies to all of the crash severity levels shown in Table 11-3 / 11-5.” Tables 11-3 and 11-5 show SPF Coefficients for total, fatal-and-injury (KABC) and fatal-and-injury (KAB) crashes.
Likewise, in Chapter 12, Section 12.7 summarizes the CMFs that are applied to the various SPFs developed for urban/suburban arterials. Table 12-18 (p. 12-39) provides a “Summary of CMFs in Chapter 12 and the Corresponding SPFs.”
